Youth Advisory Committee
The FVHCF Youth Advisory Committee provides an opportunity for high school and university students ages 15-24 to develop leadership skills while promoting our organization's mission to support local health care in the eastern Fraser Valley. As a committee member, you will serve as an ambassador for FVHCF, identifying ways to engage local youth, and help plan community outreach events and initiatives.

YAC Information
Responsibilities
- Attend regular committee meetings throughout the year (September - June)
- Promote the Foundation's mission and initiatives within schools and the community
- Assist in planning and executing community outreach and fundraising events
- Provide input on youth engagement strategies and initiatives
- Meet individual and collective volunteer and fundraising commitments
- Volunteer and participate in annual events
Qualifications
- Ages 15-24
- Knowledge and passion to support the Foundation's mission
- Strong leadership potential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Able to attend meetings and events consistently
